She/her. Abby Shaffer founded Petrichor Art & Literary as a nonprofit to ensure that the mission of amplifying art and voice remains the driving force behind every publication. She’s the author of the lit fic novel Children of the Country and the forthcoming MGFF novel, The Pod of Nerds and the Theory of Everything (August 2028). Her poetry has been published in a variety of literary journals and she has an MFA in Fiction from Queens University of Charlotte. Abby has a background in visual arts, particularly graphic design, cover art, and editorial design.
When not kickstarting a new literary renaissance, you’ll find her writing poetry, cycling, dreaming of her next travel destination, and hanging out with her son.

She/her. Elizabeth Akinbamiyorin is a writer, editor, and literary community builder based in Lagos, Nigeria. She is the founder of Spine & Spirit, a literary community dedicated to serious and unhurried engagement with African literature, and the host of Barefoot Questions, a philosophy and personal stories podcast.
She holds a degree in English Language and Education from Ekiti State University and is currently working on her debut novel.

He/him. Stefan Lopez is a literary and ludic explorer with a BA in English from George Mason University and experience as a reader for Stillhouse Press.
A glutton for novelty with a taste for Japanese mystery novels, he balances an eternal quest for obscure indie games with feeding a debilitating Mahjong addiction.
She/her. Sheila R. Lamb is senior consulting editor for Petrichor and the founding editor at Triple Fire Press. She holds an MFA in Fiction from Queens University of Charlotte. She is author of the Brigid of Ireland trilogy and her short stories are published in a variety of literary journals. She’s been a writer-in-residence at Weymouth Center for the Arts and Humanities and a fellow at the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts (VCCA).
During the day, she teaches history and literature in the mountains of Virginia.
Liana Tortora

She/her. Liana Tortora is a recent graduate of Vassar College with a B.A. in Psychology and Chinese, and a lifelong lover of stories in all their forms. During her time at Vassar, she worked for a number of AAPI-focused nonprofits, amplifying the voices and stories of underrepresented individuals and communities. Passionate about the intersection of storytelling and advocacy, she is pursuing a career in publishing to continue to uplift marginalized voices.
Her hobbies include reading (primarily fiction and fantasy), drawing, and learning languages, including Chinese, Japanese, and Swedish.
Sawyer Sinnett

They/he. Sawyer Sinnett is a prose writer and editor based in Edinburgh, Scotland with a passion for speculative fiction, classical music, and all things typography. A student of both academia and whimsy, they began their writing career in autoethnographic research before changing gears and pursuing an MSc in Creative Writing at the University of Edinburgh. On a personal level, they believe that the meaning of life can be found in Dylan Thomas's Under Milk Wood--which is why they dutifully collect any copy they can get their hands on.

She/her. After graduating from Northwestern with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Jordyn Washington found a new passion in literature and story. She went rogue and in short order earned a B.A. in Creative Writing and English from Southern New Hampshire University.
She has a long history of creating fanfiction for various anime and video game series and has edited several fanzines.
